Interested in attracting butterflies to your property? The Florida Museum is now offering butterfly-friendly plants for sale on Friday as well as Saturday and Sunday.
Ten plants will be featured each week ranging from host, native, accent and nectar plants along with at least five additional unannounced species.
All proceeds benefit the Butterfly Rainforest.

Recent construction to widen and straighten the Panama Canal has exposed fossil deposits of marine and land animals. The international Panama Canal Project led by the Florida Museum will allow researchers and students from Panama, the University of Florida and other U.S. institutions to study the history of climate change and biodiversity in the region.
