What is Cibachrome? Cibachrome (Ilfochrome) is a special process designed to bring out high levels of detail and rich, correctly saturated colours in the print. These prints are significantly better looking than standard prints, and colours do not fade over time like standard prints do. Cibachrome is the ultimate way of presenting a photographic print. How much do they cost? Each print is available from US$90 upwards. Out of that, production costs (printing, packaging, postage) are US$40, which means US$50 goes directly into the Chinese Alligator Fund. Banking fees are incorporated into the production costs. If you would like to pay more for each print, it will simply increase the donation to the Chinese Alligator Fund. For example, if you pay US$140 then US$100 will be donated directly into the fund. All donations will be acknowledged on the donor page. Why limited edition? Each Cibachrome print is limited to a maximum of 25, and each is individually numbered and signed (A. Britton prints only) by the photographer. In addition you receive a signed letter of thanks on behalf of the Chinese Alligator Fund. How to order If you would like to order one or more prints, please send an EMAIL expressing your interest in particular prints. The limited edition number on each print will be decided on a first-pay-first-served basis. Payment (minimum US$90) should be sent directly to the IUCN Crocodile Specialist Group in Florida, USA. Click here for details. Please include a note with your payment indicating that it's for a Cibachrome print. Once I have been informed that your payment has been received, the print will be sent to you. DRAGON DONORS | PROGRESS REPORT |
