A free, fun event for all ages!
Most demonstrations and activities will be ongoing from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. with periodic demonstrations, such as Volcanic Eruptions, starting at 10:30 a.m.
This free, family-friendly event is presented by the University of Florida’s Department of Geological Sciences and the Florida Museum in collaboration with the Gainesville Gem and Mineral Society and additional community sponsors.
