This Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) evaluates a comprehensive strategy to conserve and enhance Groundfish Essential Fish Habitat (EFH), including its identification and the implementation of measures to minimize adverse impacts to EFH from fishing, to the extent practicable. The EIS is the primary supporting document for Amendment 19 to the Pacific Groundfish Fishery Management Plan.

Comments or questions on this document submitted during the agency's 30-day review period for the EIS must be received by Jan. 9, 2006.
