Description of disposition fields

• Marketed - shark landed for sale
• Used for bait - shark used for bait on the same trip or other trips
• Discarded - shark thrown back dead, intact or partially intact
• Tagged/Released - shark released alive either tagged or untagged
• Escaped - shark unintentionally released alive prior to landing
• Saved as scientific specimen - shark used for scientific purposes
• Other - shark used for something other than above categories (noted in database)
