Fourier Analysis

The Fast Fourier Transform is a routine procedure in the analysis of electric fish signals. PI Crampton and students have designed MATLAB TM graphical user interface software to generate and analyze Fourier power spectra. The program includes a module that allows the frequency of user definable attenuations from the Peak Power Frequency (e.g. 3,6,9, 12 etc., see below) to be marked and saved.
