Please check the appropriate description of your organization. (Any exhibitor selling items is considered a business, this includes societies or organizations selling items - collecting membership fees is not considered sales).

Staffing
Exhibits should be staffed on Saturday and Sunday, during events and times indicated in the program schedule. Exhibits can be locked up overnight.

Exhibitor Information

• Tables are 8' X 2.5’, and are $90/table. They will be located adjacent to the conference room.
• Reduced rate tables may be provided to govermental or other Non-Profit groups if approved
  by the conference director.
• There is no registration required for exhibit staff who remain with their exhibits.
• For exhibit staff wanting to register, please register before 19 March 2008 to obtain the discounted registration rate.
• We have acquired a special $89 room rate (for up to 4 people) with the Paramount Plaza Hotel and Suites.

Each exhibit space rent is based on the area and number of tables rented. There are a limited number of electrical outlets available by request. Free-standing exhibits are limited to specific spaces. All exhibits should be suitable for participants of any age.
