Due to the government shutdown, abstracts from U.S. federal employees will still be considered after the abstract deadline on a case by case basis. Abstracts must be submitted from a U.S. federal government email account to be given consideration.

ABSTRACT DEADLINE IS APPROACHING

The organizing committee is thrilled to report that financial aid will be available to students presenting at the conference. The NAPC student grant program will aim to offset registration costs and travel expenses. Student grants and application procedures have not been finalized, but will be posted well in advance of the December registration deadline. Multiple pre-conference and post-conference field trips are planned for February 13th - 14th and 19th - 20th, respectively. These field trips will offer an opportunity to visit some of the classic fossil localities of Florida. Field trips are on a first-come first-serve basis, and space is limited. NAPC offers an outstanding opportunity to interact with professionals, educators, citizen scientists, and students in natural sciences. Rates for commercial vendors are $950 for the entire conference and include electrical access, posterboards, chairs, tables with linens, and two exhibitor registration passes. For non-profit exhibitors, prices are $200 (not including exhibitor registration) or $500 (including two exhibitor registration passes).
