Exhibits Contract
Please check the appropriate description of your organization. (Any exhibitor selling items is considered a business, this includes societies or organizations selling items - collecting membership fees is not considered sales).

Staffing
Exhibits should be staffed on Saturday and Sunday, during events and times indicated in the program schedule. Exhibits located in Ballroom A can be locked up overnight.

Exhibitor Information

Tables are 8' X 2.5’, and are $50/table. They will be located in Ballroom A, adjacent to the conference room.

Free tables may be provided to govermental or other Non-Profit groups if approved
by the conference director.

There is no registration required for exhibit staff who remain with their exhibits.

We have acquired a special $69 room rate (for up to 4 persons) with the Sheraton.

Each exhibit space rent is based on the area and number of tables rented. There are a limited number of electrical outlets available by request. Free-standing exhibits are limited to specific spaces. All exhibits should be suitable for participants of any age.

Please make check payable to Eco-Cognizant. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all safety, fire code, and legal restrictions on what is displayed or located in the exhibit and to abide by the animal sales and display policies printed in the Exhibitor Information section.
