Pre-registration is required to guarantee barbecue availability at The Herpetology Conference and access to the PARC Social. Cancellations must be received in writing by 3 March 2003 to qualify for a refund, less a $10 processing fee. For hotel reservations, contact the Sheraton Hotel at (352) 377-4000 / fax (352) 371-1159. Rooms are on a first-come first-served basis. Mention 'The Herpetology Conference' to guarantee a discounted room rate.

items! Please bring items to the registration desk.

Please note we have negotiated a special room rate of $69.00 / room for up to 4 people.
You must mention that you are attending the Herpetology Conference to obtain this rate! These rooms are strictly on a first come first served basis. Room availability will only be guaranteed through 9 March!
Transportation to and from the airport is available by hotel courtesy van.
