Crocodylus porosus
This relatively young adult crocodile still possesses the black spots and bands
found in juvenile saltwater crocodiles. As with all crocodilian species, the distinct
banding and colouration of the juveniles is gradually lost as the animal matures. The tan
colour also shown by this animal will become darker and greyer as it gets older.
