Safely Removing a Snake from Your Property - 8

F. Wayne King photo.
|
| Secure in
the garbage can, the snake can now be removed from the property. Most
snakes can be safely removed this way — they do not need to be killed.
Fast moving species, like racers and coachwhips, and snakes that are
longer than the garbage can is tall may be difficult to sweep into
a garbage can, but with a little patience many of them can be guided
into the can. |
