Using the File-Express Service
The University of Florida has a service called File-Express for exchanging files with colleagues within and outside of the university. You can use this service to create a folder to put files in for them to download, or you can set it up so that the other person can leave files there for you. File-Express is less complicated to use than FTP since it does not require an separate FTP client application, and it has security built in so you can audit access and safely exchange sensitive information.
