SPNHC 2015 Abstract Information and Instructions -

Abstract submission is a multiple step process.  Please select Abstract submission form for needed information for presenting a paper, poster, symposium, workshop, demo camp, etc.: 

  1. Please go to the Abstract Submission Information Page for instructions on submitting abstracts.
  2. Fill out the Abstract Submission Form and save to your computer.
  3. Upload the completed form into the Abstract Upload Link and submit.

PRESENTER INFORMATION:

Papers/Talks

Talks are scheduled in 20 minutes time slots including any time for questions. This will be rigorously enforced to accommodate concurrent session needs, courtesy for presenters and attendees who may need to move between meeting rooms.  Presenters should plan to use their time slots with 15 minutes of presenting their research and 5 minutes for audience questions. Presentation slides should be prepared and saved as either PowerPoint or pdf.  Your presentation must be submitted prior to your scheduled session for upload- details of where, when and to whom to submit will be provided in a future updateThank you for your cooperation with this request.

Posters

Poster cannot exceed following dimensions:  maximum of 5'6" in horizontal width and a maximum of 4'6" in vertical height.

Presenters will be provided one side of one freestanding board with thumbtacks. Please note that we lack the facilities to provide power sources for digital posters and thus electronic posters cannot be accepted for the SPNHC 2015 Conference.

Posters will be assigned selected days for viewing.  Currently, we plan to have Poster sessions up for a full day -- Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30-5:30.  Presenters are expected to be by their posters at various times throuhgout the day and advised to be there especially during the break out periods (10:10-10:30) and (3:10-3:30).  

Poster Session Guidelines- presenter(s) may set-up their poster between 8:00-8:30A.M. on the day they are assigned for viewing and must be taken down by 5:30P.M.
