Our team

The establishment and initial development of the GRR is funded by a grant from the Biological Research Collections program of the National Science Foundation. The work supported by these funds will be supervised and performed by five principal investigators and several graduate assistants:

Principal investigators:

Paul Goldenstein
Assistant Curator, Lepidoptera
Assistant Scientist, Ichthyology
Assistant Curator, Mammalogy
Curator, Molecular Biology Laboratory
Curator and Keeper, Herbarium

Graduate research assistants:

Lorena Endara Graduate Research Assistant
Angelo Soto-Centeno Graduate Research Assistant

In addition to the personnel directly involved in the project, the success of the GRR collection is the product of the collaboration of a large number of FLMNH staff. This group includes: curators, collection managers, lab managers, lab assistants, graduate students, programmers and members of the Office of Museum Technology
