Come to the Museum's Science Cafés for an engaging conversation about a variety of science topics. A comfortable atmosphere provides the setting for lively discussions this spring.
Topic: Plight of the Honey Bee, with Jamie Ellis, Ph.D., Gahan Endowed Associate Professor, Honey Bee Research and Extension Laboratory, Department of Entomology and Nematology, University of Florida.
Program Description: Dr. Jamie Ellis will discuss possible causes of and solutions for the loss of managed honey bee colonies in Florida and across the nation.
Location: Blue Gill Quality Foods, 1310 SW 13th St., with a limited menu offered to participants.

Participants purchase their own food and beverage from a special Science Café menu. Seating and food/beverage ordering begin at 6 p.m. Please note that seating is on a first-come basis (except when wheelchair access is requested in advance).
