github social coding logoMany of the researchers in the Soltis lab have developed scripts and applications in the course of analyzing their data. We are in the process of making these more available and have established a github.com organization (did you know github.com offers free private repositories for education and researchers?)  to share our code. The scripts range from quick and dirty scripts that are a few lines long to more complex and polished applications.  Many students and visitors also have their own github repositories linked from here. We hope you find these resources helpful.
