Fla. Museum hosts fall preschool activities beginning Sept. 19
September 30th, 2007GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Join your preschooler at the Florida Museum of Natural History every third Wednesday this fall and explore motion in the animal kingdom through stories, crafts and other age-appropriate activities with museum docents and staff.
“Wigglers and Walkers” begins at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 19 and will follow a “Walks of Life” theme, beginning with “Creepers and Crawlers.”
The Oct. 17 session will focus on “Climbers” and Nov. 21 features “Flyers and Gliders.” All classes begin at 3:30 p.m.
The cost for Florida Museum members is $4 for an adult and child pair, with $2 for each additional child. For non-members, the cost is $5 for each adult and child pair, with $2 for each additional child. No pre-registration is required.
