The Florida Museum of Natural History offers two gift shops with a variety of difficult-to-find and specialty items. Both stores are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Butterfly Rainforest Shop
This unique shop features beautiful mounted butterflies from around the world and butterfly-and-moth-themed fashion accessories, jewelry, wind chimes and home décor items. The store, located just past the Butterfly Rainforest exhibit exit and Rearing Lab, carries many unusual gifts and butterfly-related books, including several written by McGuire Center for Lepidoptera and Biodiversity research faculty and staff.
Located at the Museum entrance, this shop offers a great selection of educational, scientific and natural history-related items. The store carries arts and crafts, science and nature kits, jewelry, T-shirts and a wide assortment of books covering topics about Florida and the Southeast, including archaeology, paleontology, plants, Native people and other subjects.

Both shops accept cash, traveler's checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Proceeds benefit Museum exhibits and public programs.
