From greeting guests to guiding school groups, volunteers can be found in just about every area of the museum. Whether they're with a curator behind-the-scenes or with youngsters in the Butterfly Rainforest, volunteers are a vital part of the mission of the Florida Museum of Natural History. By joining our team, you can become part of a this unique group of dedicated individuals!

Adult Volunteer Orientation Registration
The first step to becoming a volunteer at the Museum is to attend new volunteer orientation and to assist us in finding the best match for your areas of interest and ability. Orientations will be held during the months of March, September, and December. Note: The number of registrants is limited, and pre-registration is required.
